Founder and Chief Consultant

Vicky Kennedy joined NYC’s tech industry in 2012, pivoting from a ten-year career in higher education. She soon found her way into Meta, where she merged her love of education with the fierceness and agility of tech, followed by Amazon, where she led the strategy and execution of the first Amazon Advertising Learning Console. She’s since consulted for education teams at Spotify, Verizon, Google, and worked directly with several SaaS startups, building diverse teams from the ground up and consistently bringing clarity to the complexity of education.

Vicky noticed that companies often struggled to see data-driven stories of impact from their education and training initiatives. In 2023, she launched Echtus with the goal of building the first company to truly focus on helping businesses demystify education and position it among other revenue-drivers. She brings to Echtus her passion for education and data-driven strategy and aims to share this expertise in redefining education’s place in the tech industry.
