Enterprise Education Architects

Education exists in most companies. Architecture doesn't.

Echtus helps enterprise organizations design education as coordinated infrastructure, built to drive performance, leverage AI, and realize results.

THE PROBLEM

Many Companies Build Education Content Before Designing It

  • Programs multiply without ever becoming a system.

  • Programs get created, platforms get purchased, content gets produced, but without a system underneath it, none of it compounds.

  • You end up with investment that doesn’t connect and outcomes that don’t stick.

THE SPECIFIC PAIN

The Cost of Education Without Architecture

These are just a few of the very real challenges that flare up for companies whose education initiatives are not held together by a coherent underlying system:

EXECUTIVE FRUSTRATION

Progress gets measured in completions. Business impact goes unmeasured.

STRUCTURAL CHAOS

No one can clearly explain who owns education, or where it sits in the organization.

AI / AGENTIC STALLS

Opportunities for true personalized learning delivery are hindered, despite best efforts and available tools.

OPERATIONAL REALITY

The same knowledge gaps keep reappearing, no matter how many training hours are logged.

THE ECHTUS BLUEPRINT

When education is assembled rather than designed the results are inevitable: programs that launch and stall, platforms that don’t compound, investment that doesn’t return.

The Echtus Blueprint is designed to prevent these outcomes. The Blueprint is a proprietary system built over a decade inside some of the world’s most demanding education environments, giving organizations both a clear vision of what high-performing enterprise education actually looks like and a rigorous, proven method for building it.

A complete blueprint for building enterprise education that scales, coheres, and drives outcomes that matter.

THE VISION

Enterprise Education Architecture

The structural model: what a complete education system looks like when it's built right.

THE PATH

The 7D Framework

The strategic method: how Echtus builds it with you, dimension by dimension.

ENTERPRISE EDUCATION ARCHITECTURE

Think of the five pillars of Enterprise Education Architecture as the load-bearing structure of a building: each one essential, none optional. When all five are present and working in alignment, your education system stops being a collection of programs and starts functioning as a unified business asset.

  • Education is anchored to business strategy, tied directly to the outcomes and capabilities that drive performance.

  • Systems, platforms, and content architecture are in place to support delivery that is consistent, scalable, and repeatable.

  • The people, roles, and partners that build capability are understood as one connected system, with shared purpose and aligned responsibilities.

  • Process is standardized, ownership is clear, and content is governed as a coordinated source of truth across the system.

  • Education connects to meaningful performance indicators, generates insights, and improves continuously as the business evolves.

Knowing what you're building is only half of it. The 7D Framework is Echtus's proprietary method for getting there: a structured, sequenced approach that spans every dimension of education strategy, from the first conversation through final delivery.

MEET OUR CHIEF ARCHITECT

After a decade in higher education, Vicky Kennedy moved into the tech industry in 2012 and spent years inside some of the world's most demanding enterprise education environments, including leading the strategy and execution of the first Amazon Advertising Learning Console.

Across engagements at Meta, Spotify, Verizon, Google, and several fast-moving SaaS companies, she kept arriving at the same discovery: the problem with corporate education initiatives was never a lack of content, budget, or ambition. It was a lack of architecture.

In 2023, she founded Echtus to solve that at its root, defining the discipline that would become Enterprise Education Architecture and building the practice that makes education function as coordinated business infrastructure, not a collection of programs.

She brings to every engagement something rare: the conviction of an educator and the precision of someone who has built at scale inside the world's most demanding environments.
